3. Altering the Image: While minor edits such as cropping for framing are allowed, significant modification, distortion, or misrepresentation of the original work is explicitly forbidden.

4. Claiming Ownership: You may not falsely claim authorship or ownership of the purchased image.
    

Fines and Legal Consequences

Violation of these terms constitutes a breach of copyright laws and may result in significant legal repercussions, including but not limited to:
 

• Formal Cease-and-Desist Orders: Offending parties will be required to cease all unauthorized use of the image immediately.

• Monetary Fines: Penalties may range from $2,000 to $50,000 or more per infringement, depending on the specific violation, the extent of damage to the artist, and applicable copyright laws.

• Legal Action: If necessary, lawsuits may be filed to pursue additional damages, including reimbursement for legal fees and statutory or punitive damages as determined by a court of law.
